Operations Manager – Multi-Site Adventure Sports Location: Primarily based near Salisbury, with oversight of two additional UK sites Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Working pattern: Five days per week, including some weekend work during peak periods Are you an experienced multi-site Operations Manager looking for something genuinely different? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business operating within the fast-paced and exhilarating adventure sports industry. Working as part of the Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping operational strategy and delivering consistently high standards across three UK locations. Primarily based near Salisbury, you will take responsibility for people, budgets, equipment, planning and operational processes across the business. This is a hands-on and influential position for someone who thrives in an energetic, customer-focused environment and has a genuine enthusiasm for sport. What you’ll be doing * Implementing operational strategy and communicating priorities across the business * Overseeing operational processes and standards across three UK sites * Managing budgets and forecasting future expenditure * Planning equipment requirements across all locations, ensuring everything is ordered, maintained and operational * Working with site managers to plan rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels * Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and customer experience * Supporting staff training and development, including an established apprenticeship programme * Planning and coordinating operational recruitment * Contributing to Senior Management Team meetings and turning strategic plans into effective operational delivery * Travelling to the company’s other UK locations when required

About you

You must have: * Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites * The ability to work primarily from the site near Salisbury * Strong leadership, influencing and decision-making skills * Demonstrable experience managing budgets and financial forecasts * Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills * A process-driven and continuous-improvement mindset * Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment * A genuine interest in sport, ideally adventure or action sports * Flexibility to work some weekends during busy operational periods * The existing right to work in the UK You will be confident, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions independently. You will enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of operational performance and encouraging teams to achieve high standards. Why apply?
