The Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the manufacturing business. This all‑encompassing role covers the following key responsibilities:

• Production & Manufacturing
• Planning & Scheduling
• Purchasing & Supply Chain
• Warehouse
• Facilities & Maintenance
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• Continuous Improvement
• Leadership & People Management

The Candidate

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager
• Automotive background
• Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes
• Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors
• NEBOSH qualification
• Strong leadership and people management skills
