Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
Manage budgets, resources, and supply chain activities to control costs and improve profitability.
Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in an Operations Management role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and logistics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams.
Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
