About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing operations based in Coventry . This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the plant, focusing on productivity, quality, and team management. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Manage and motivate a diverse team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
