Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Operations Manager to oversee their operations based in Norwich . This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the business unit, managing daily activities, and driving process improvements. You will lead a team of operational staff, manage resources, and work towards achieving key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the business unit, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

Requirements
