Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all day-to-day operational activities, including production, logistics, and warehouse management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operational activities with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management , preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with operational budgeting and P&L management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
