A leading manufacturer and distributor is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its production and warehouse operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Leading, managing and developing direct reports, driving accountability and performance. Ensuring production planning is effective and optimised to meet customer requirements. Monitoring production and warehouse performance against KPIs. Driving continuous improvement, efficiency and quality across operations. Supporting cost control and effective resource management. Providing accurate management reporting and operational insight. Promoting lean manufacturing and robust quality control processes.

About You

You will have proven experience in an operational, production or manufacturing management role, with knowledge of:

Production Planning Lean Manufacturing Quality Control Cost Control Management Reporting Team leadership and performance management What’s on Offer
