About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their operational functions based in Belfast , Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for the Belfast office and remote teams.

• Lead, train, and mentor operational staff to enhance productivity and morale.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior operations or management role, ideally 5+ years.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
