Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage day-to-day departmental activities, including resource allocation and workflow optimization.
Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, promoting a culture of high performance.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role.
Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating staff.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and operational management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
