About the Role

Our client seeks a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing facility in Belfast . This senior role is responsible for the overall efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the operations. You will manage all aspects of production, supply chain, logistics, and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in operations management within the manufacturing industry .
• Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and managing complex supply chains.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
