Our client is seeking a strategic and adaptable Operations Manager to lead their operational functions in the vibrant city of Brighton . This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and managing a talented team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, implementing process improvements, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the business. Working within a hybrid model, this position offers a blend of collaborative office-based work and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize all operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and high-quality output.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Control operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

Significant experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in operational management software and data analysis tools.
A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
