Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring KPI, SLA, and budget targets are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build, coach, and develop a team of Shift Managers and wider operational colleagues.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Manage customer relationships, performance reviews, and service delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and financial management capabilities, including budgets and KPIs.
- Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to drive change, manage priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
