The role will take full ownership of the site, work closely with stakeholders and drive operational excellence, P&L /EBIT performance and the transition towards a fully automated manufacturing environment.

Lead full site operations ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operations. Take full accountability for site P&L, EBIT, budgets, cost control and operational KPIs, driving productivity, margin improvement and business performance. Lead new product industrialisation and successful transition into full-scale production Build a high-performing culture focused on customer delivery, quality and continuous improvement, while developing teams, processes and capabilities. Proven experience within FMCG or highly automated manufacturing environments Full P&L and EBIT responsibility, with a strong track record of delivering financial, cost and operational performance.
