Operations Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations , including production planning, inventory management, logistics, and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the operational facilities.
• Manage and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and R&D, to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management , with a strong background in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational processes and driving efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus for our Oxford base.
