The Role

• Managing and supporting a team of around 5 people
• Overseeing day-to-day operational activities
• Managing attendance, holidays and team performance
• Ensuring food safety, quality and company standards are maintained
• Monitoring stock and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
• Supporting training and development within the team
• Driving continuous improvement and efficiency

The Candidate

• Previous supervisory or team management experience within food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
• Experience managing performance, attendance and employee development
• Confident working with systems and data
• Proactive and able to drive improvements
• Reliable, motivated and confident leading a team
