Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, setting clear performance objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and quality control.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role.
• Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
