Operations Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Design and implement improved workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices for manufacturing and supply chain activities.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to optimize production.
• Collaborate with production staff, management, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless process integration and adoption.
• Develop and track performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies, ensuring smooth transition and optimal performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, operations improvement, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management systems.
