About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive Operations Project Manager to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic projects in Liverpool . This role involves improving processes, managing operational implementations, and ensuring seamless integration of new systems and workflows. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will balance on-site presence with remote flexibility, collaborating closely with operational teams and management. Your focus will be on optimizing business performance, reducing costs, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations through effective project management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on improving operational efficiency , cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Develop and implement project plans for operational changes and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Project Manager or in a related operational improvement role.
• Strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
