Operative Twilight (PM)

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to join a range of production departments across the site. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with full training provided and opportunities to develop new skills.

Full-time and part-time positions are available between Monday and Friday.

The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid £21.00 per hour

The hours of work are: 3:15pm to 11:45pm

Applicants must have their own transport to travel to the site.

Your Time at Work

As an Operative, you will play an important role in helping to produce high-quality pork products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Working across a variety of production areas, your duties may include:

• Loading products into machinery and processing equipment
• Placing products onto racks and production lines
• Moving products through various production stages
• Packing and sealing products ready for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product specifications are met
• Supporting production schedules and departmental targets
• Operating equipment safely and following site procedures
• Completing basic production records and paperwork
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
• Supporting continuous improvement activities across the department
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are achieved

The role involves working in a chilled food production environment.
