Optical Assistant: Customer Care & Eyewear Expert

Boots Opticians in the United Kingdom is looking for an Optical Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers in-store. You will be based on the shop floor, building relationships by listening to needs and helping customers find the right eyewear solution.

Through our Step Into Optics training you’ll develop professionally, taking part in pre-screening eye-tests, dispensing glasses and contact lenses, offering aftercare, and keeping the shop floor standards high.
