The Role
Optical Assistant role within a well-established, luxury independent practice in Wokingham Deliver a genuinely consultative dispensing experience - helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their face, lifestyle and personality, not just their prescription Work with a premium and designer frame range, including Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler and Gross, Lindberg and Moscot Support patients through personal frame consultations, children's dispenses and more complex lens requirements Be part of a close-knit team where care, precision and product knowledge are all valued equallyWhat We're Looking For
Successful track record working within the optical industry already A genuine interest in style, eyewear trends and premium/designer product Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, unhurried approach with patients Someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, from frame adjustment to lens choiceWhat's on Offer
