Job Description
Our client, a leading organisation within IT Services and IT Consulting, is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Release Manager to join our client's team in London, supporting high-profile UK public sector customers. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end release lifecycle for Oracle HRMS EBS in an AMS environment, ensuring smooth deployments, robust compliance and minimal disruption to critical UK payroll and HR operations.
Key Skills and Experience
Oracle EBS Release Manager - London
Oracle EBS HRMS Expertise - Strong knowledge of Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence and related technical components to effectively manage and support releases.
Release Management in AMS - Proven experience defining and managing release strategy, calendars and deployment plans within an Application Management Services environment.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Ability to coordinate functional, technical and testing teams to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
Testing Governance - Ensuring regression testing, SIT and UAT are completed and signed off prior to production deployment.
Risk and Change Management - Managing risks, dependencies, change impacts and maintaining RAID logs and RAG status reports.
UK Statutory/Payroll Compliance - Overseeing releases to make sure UK statutory and payroll-related updates are correctly implemented.
ITIL & Change Processes - Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and formal change management processes.
Planning & Problem-Solving - Excellent release and delivery planning capabilities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer & Quality Focus - High customer orientation and quality awareness to support our client's public sector engagements.
