As an Order Processing Administrator, you'll play a key role within the Fleet Division, ensuring orders are processed accurately, information is maintained correctly and internal processes run smoothly. Working behind the scenes with internal teams, suppliers and account functions, you'll manage order information across multiple systems and portals, ensuring every detail is correct and all documentation is completed to a high standard.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, organisation and working with data. You'll be busy, you'll be involved, and you'll play an important role in keeping everything moving.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing sales orders accurately using internal systems and external portals
Inputting and maintaining order information and records
Checking specifications, pricing and data accuracy
Managing information across multiple platforms and systems
Reviewing documentation and ensuring all details are complete
Uploading and maintaining relevant paperwork
Monitoring order progress and updating internal records
Supporting internal teams with accurate information
Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or issues
Ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met
Providing general administrative support across the Fleet DivisionAbout You
