Order Processing & Administration Executive | Coventry | £26,000 – £28,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer, working with major retail brands across the UK to deliver bespoke solutions. This role sits within their Brand and Retail team and is based at their Coventry office.

The opportunity

This is a varied, office-based administration role supporting the delivery of solutions to customers nationwide. You will play a key part in processing orders, managing stock records, and handling invoicing accurately — working closely with the Brand and Retail team to keep deliveries, data and paperwork moving smoothly behind the scenes.

The role suits someone who is confident working with data and systems, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and who takes real pride in being organised and accurate. There is some liaison with colleagues and occasional customer contact, but the core of the role is back-office administration, order processing and project support rather than phone-based customer service.

What the role involves

Processing orders and managing stock holding levels using SAP and MRP systems Handling invoicing accurately and efficiently Analysing and interpreting data in Excel to support day-to-day decision making Keeping records accurate, up to date and audit-ready Organising and coordinating deliveries to customers Supporting wider projects across the Brand and Retail team Liaising with colleagues across the business to keep issues resolved quickly

About you

Experience in an administration, back-office or order processing role Experience in invoicing Competent using SAP and MRP systems Confident using Excel to analyse and interpret data Well organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload Good written communication skills Package and benefits

£25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience Full-time, office based in Coventry
