Organisation Effectiveness Specialist
Location: London or Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)
Contract: 6 Months
The Role
Our client is seeking an Organisation Effectiveness Specialist to support a major enterprise-wide simplification program. You will evaluate company structures, reduce operational friction, and redesign operating models to prepare the bank for AI adoption.
This is an analytical, design-focused role-not project management or change comms.
Key Responsibilities
Org Design: Conduct structural analysis and design target operating models. Org Health Diagnostics: Analyze spans and layers, governance footprints, and decision rights. Data Analytics: Use workforce data to remove bottlenecks, duplicate roles, and unnecessary costs. Future-Proofing: Restructure teams for AI integration and agile working. Stakeholder Management: Present structural models directly to senior directors and HR leaders.
Key Requirements
Background: Consulting or in-house banking org design. Tech Skills: Experience with Orgvue or Visier preferred (or PowerBI/Tableau/similar tools). Proven Impact: Track record of driving structural efficiency, layer reductions, or cost savings. Industry: Financial services experience strongly preferred.Apply now for immediate consideration!
