Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Transformation Programme Manager to join a NHS Trust on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of organisational development frameworks aligned with transformation objectives.
- Design, commission and evaluate OD interventions supporting large-scale organisational transformation.
- Lead culture change and integration initiatives across major organisational programmes.
- Undertake cultural diagnostics and assessments and develop approaches to measure cultural maturity and progress.
- Provide expert OD consultancy and advice to executives, directors, senior managers and programme leads.
- Diagnose organisational challenges and develop practical interventions using recognised OD methodologies.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, team development activities and organisational change events.
- Coach and support leaders and managers to improve organisational effectiveness and readiness for change.
- Support the development of high-performing teams.
- Contribute to leadership development frameworks, workshops, masterclasses and learning interventions.
- Promote organisational learning and continuous improvement.
- Lead designated OD workstreams within major transformation and service redesign programmes.
- Develop project plans, evaluation frameworks and benefits realisation measures.
- Manage OD projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading organisational development and culture change initiatives within large, complex organisations.
- Experience embedding OD methodologies within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong organisational development, culture change and change management knowledge.
- Experience designing and implementing OD frameworks and interventions.
