OTC Coordinator: End-to-End Order Management

Carrier is seeking an Order Management Administrator for the Wimbledon office to manage the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle for UK & Ireland Applied HVAC. You will process orders, coordinate with Carrier factories and third-party suppliers, and maintain proactive post-sale communication with customers.

The role requires experience in order processing or customer care in a technical environment, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), and strong IT skills including MS Office.
