Our Place and Voice Lead: Co-Production & Inclusion

Action on Disability (AoD) in London seeks a Manager for Our Place and Our Voice to lead co-production, peer support, campaigning and community engagement initiatives.

You will ensure Disabled people are actively involved in shaping services, influencing policy and strengthening their voice within the local community and beyond. You will coordinate peer-led programmes, develop accessible training and build partnerships that promote inclusion and representation.
