Cotswold Outdoor Group is looking for a Sales Assistant (Customer Advisor) to help customers find the right outdoor gear and deliver a standout shopping experience. You’ll work with a team that shares a passion for the outdoors and grow your knowledge through hands-on training.

The role offers specialist services training (gait analysis, boot fitting and rucksack fitting), a generous staff discount, and flexible, rotas published four weeks in advance to help balance life and work.
