Outdoor Grounds & Cleaning Team Leader

Pinnacle Group is seeking a proactive Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Team Leader to join our Soft FM teams working across housing sites in the Chichester area. You will lead a hands-on team delivering grounds maintenance, gardening and cleaning across sites in Sussex and Hampshire, organising daily tasks and ensuring high standards.
