Outdoor Grounds Technician - School Grounds & Events

Valence School is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities Team. You will maintain school grounds, assist with equipment, and help keep outdoor spaces safe and welcoming for students and staff. The role is varied and outdoor, requiring reliability, physical fitness, and good teamwork.

We offer training, a generous pension, life cover, staff wellbeing support, and on-site parking. Evening and weekend cover may be required on occasion.
