Outdoor Instructor: Coasteering & Paddlesports – Seasonal

TYF Adventure Ltd in St Davids, Pembrokeshire is seeking an Outdoor Instructor for a seasonal fixed-term contract (April–September 2027). You’ll deliver coasteering, sea kayaking, surfing, climbing and paddleboarding to schools, families, groups and corporate clients in one of the UK’s premier outdoor settings.

You'll engage groups, inspire confidence and adapt to participants, delivering team challenges, problem-solving sessions and evening programmes.
