Outdoor Support Worker (Fixed Term) – Driver Required

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a friendly Support Worker for a fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential extension) in Ashington to help a young man enjoy planned trips and outdoor activities. The role requires driving to support outings and develop independence.

You will support him to manage anxiety in noisy settings, accompany walks, cinema visits, cafés and shopping, and build rapport through shared interests like gaming. DBS check will be required and cost covered by the employer.
