Outdoor Track Maintenance Operative

Network Rail operates the railway infrastructure and maintains the tracks to ensure trains run safely and reliably. As a railway Operative, you’ll work outdoors in a close-knit team, carrying out essential maintenance and inspections to keep services on time.

We welcome candidates from transferable backgrounds and provide training. The role involves shift work (days, nights, weekends), a Category B driving licence, and opportunities for growth within Network Rail.
