Waythrough is hiring a Housing Stability Coach (Lived experience peer role) in Sheffield. The role is predominantly outreach-based with a base location at Portland House, Sheffield S3 8UG and requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will work alongside Housing Stability Workers to provide peer-led support at key transition points, aiming to sustain accommodation and reduce homelessness risk while connecting clients with housing and support services.
