Outreach Support Worker: Inspire Independence

Choices Homecare, part of the Optimo Care Group, is hiring an Outreach Support Worker to help people live healthy, happy, and independent lives in Central Sefton and surrounding areas. The role includes personal care, medication administration, and supporting daily routines within a flexible zero-hour contract with a 2-week rolling rota.

Minimum 20 hours per week with some weekend work; full induction through the Optimo Learning Academy and opportunities for progression.
