Overnight Residential Childcare Worker

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking Night-Time Residential Care Workers to join the overnight team at our Selby home. This fixed-term role is 6 months, with potential for extension or permanency.

You will work 40 hours per week on a nightly rota (4 on, 4 off) at our 4-bed home in YO8, driving to the site as required. We offer a full training plan, funded level 4 qualification in Residential Childcare, supervision, and a clear career pathway.
