Overnight Store Leader - 4 Nights/Week + £4.5k Premium

Sainsbury's is hiring a lead nightshift manager to oversee overnight store operations, manage a small team of managers, and ensure stock availability and safety for the following day. You will plan for key trading events, coach senior colleagues, and own the overnight performance with data-driven decision making.

The role is full‑time, four-night pattern (22:00–08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary. You’ll champion inclusion and maintain high standards across operations.
