Overnight Support Worker — Help Adults Thrive Independently

Making Space in Stockport (Castlewood Court) is seeking a Support Worker for waking nights to help adults in Supported Living live independently in a person-centered way.

You will assist with medication, community access and daily tasks, focusing on enabling independence while building trusting relationships with tenants and staff. DBS checks will be carried out and training supported to develop professional qualifications in Health and Social Care.
