Packaging Artwork Project Lead (NPD & Print)

Twinings is seeking an Artwork Project Manager in Andover to drive packaging artwork delivery across markets. You will manage design changes, line extensions and NPD packaging projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will work with packaging teams, repro agencies, design agencies and suppliers to ensure Right First Time delivery, while maintaining commercial focus and stakeholder alignment. This fixed-term role ends January 2027, with strong benefits and hybrid collaboration.
