Packaging Development Assistant: Innovative Beauty Packaging

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Packaging Development Manager to support on project delivery of primary and secondary packaging. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing to ensure packaging meets specs, timelines and budgets.

You will help with sourcing, artwork management, CPA alignment and multi-project delivery while staying ahead of packaging innovation and sustainability.
