Hybrid Working (3 Days Office-Based / 2 Days Remote) | c. £40,000–£46,000
We're looking for a commercially minded Media Executive with strong experience across paid media, media planning and campaign coordination, ideally gained within a media agency, performance marketing agency or campaign planning environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a property, estate agency and PropTech focused marketing business where you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of paid media campaigns for clients across the residential property sector. The role would suit someone currently working as a Media Assistant, Media Executive, Paid Media Executive or Campaign Executive who is ready to take on greater ownership across planning, client coordination and campaign delivery.
You'll be someone who understands how paid media campaigns are planned, briefed, activated and reported on, and who is comfortable working with internal teams, media partners and clients to keep campaigns moving. Experience in property marketing media would be highly advantageous, but just as important is a strong grounding in media planning, campaign administration and performance reporting.
The Role
Working within a specialist property marketing team, you'll support the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, display, property portals and wider digital media activity.
Acting as a key day-to-day media contact, you'll help interpret briefs, coordinate campaign plans, manage timelines, gather assets, liaise with delivery teams and ensure clients receive clear updates, accurate reporting and responsive service.
A background in media planning, campaign coordination or paid media activation is essential. Experience working on property, estate agency, residential development or PropTech campaigns would be a strong advantage, though it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of paid media campaigns across digital media channels.
- Act as a day-to-day media campaign contact for clients, internal teams and media partners.
- Help translate client briefs into clear campaign plans, timelines and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate campaign set-up, creative assets, approvals, trafficking requirements and launch deadlines.
- Work closely with paid media, performance, creative and client service teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Monitor campaign performance and support the preparation of reports, insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, schedules, budgets and status updates.
- Build a strong understanding of property marketing audiences, channels and campaign objectives.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a media agency, performance marketing agency, paid media team or campaign planning environment.
- Current or recent experience as a Media Assistant, Media Executive, Paid Media Executive, Campaign Executive or similar agency-side media role would be highly relevant.
- A good understanding of paid media planning, campaign set-up, channel selection, budgeting and reporting.
- Experience supporting campaigns across paid search, paid social, display or wider digital media channels.
- Experience with property marketing, estate agency, residential development or PropTech campaigns would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
- Comfortable working with campaign performance data and contributing to reporting and insight documents.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who is:
- Detail-oriented, organised and confident managing campaign actions and deadlines.
- Commercially aware with an interest in how media activity drives enquiries, leads and campaign performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or campaign delivery environment.
- Confident communicating with clients and internal teams in a clear, proactive and professional way.
- Interested in developing broader client coordination and account management skills within a specialist property marketing environment.
Package
- Salary circa £40,000–£46,000
- Hybrid working: 3 days office-based / 2 days remote
- Opportunity to develop from a media or campaign planning background into a broader client-facing role.
- Exposure to paid media, property marketing, performance reporting and client campaign delivery.
- Collaborative, supportive and ambitious working environment.
If you're currently working in a media agency, paid media or campaign planning environment and want to develop your media planning skills in a client-facing property marketing role, we'd love to hear from you
