Visualsoft seeks an experienced Paid Social Account Director to strategically manage and drive performance across client portfolios in a hybrid UK setting. You will act as the principal strategic partner, aligning paid social outcomes with business goals and ensuring exceptional delivery without direct staff supervision.

You will lead strategy and full execution across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other platforms, using data insights and platform partnerships to maximise ROAS and client success.
