Are you a skilled Automotive Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity with excellent pay and consistent work?

We’re recruiting an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy and professional automotive bodyshop in Rochester .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their finish, works to a high standard and wants to be part of an experienced and supportive team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to an exceptional standard, including:

• Preparing vehicles and panels ready for paint.
• Mixing and matching colours accurately.
• Priming and applying basecoats and clearcoats.
• Using spray guns and professional paint equipment.
• Carrying out high-quality paint repairs and refinishing.
• Checking your own work to ensure a flawless finish.
• Working closely with Panel Beaters and Vehicle Preppers.
• Following health & safety and workshop procedures.

? What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Paint Sprayer .
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Ability to achieve a high-quality, professional finish.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Previous bodyshop experience is essential.
