Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction Complete assigned jobs within the estimated paint times Safeguard the vehicle and contents during procedures Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards upon completion Carry out repairs adhering to industry best practices and procedures Interpret and implement technical data and specifications Use all paint mixing schemes accurately, including drying areas and equipment Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager when work orders are unclear or incorrectRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:

Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 and ATA accredited or equivalent; or proven, stable, time-served experience Valid driving licence Strong work ethic, team player, and committed individual Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment Motivation to work towards team targets Knowledge of PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation is highly advantageous but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a reputable organisation that values skill and professionalism.
