We are looking for an experiencedPainter & Decorator to carry out works withinsocial housing tenanted properties.

Painter & Decorator Duties include:

• Full internal decoration
• Painting (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
• Filling holes and making good
• Skimming where required
• General preparation and finishing to a high standard

What we provide for a Painter & Decorator:

• Paint and materials

What a Painter & Decorator must provide:

• Your own tools (brushes, rollers, dust sheets, etc.)
• Own vehicle

Painter & Decorator Requirements:

• Proven experience working insocial housing / tenanted properties
• Ability to work neatly and respectfully in occupied homes
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Own tools essential
