Start Date: Monday 10/08/2026
Duration: 3 Weeks (ongoing work available for the right candidate)
Rate: £22 per hour
Painter - Industrial Refurbishment - Pontefract
I'm working with a refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Painter for a large-scale industrial refurbishment project in Pontefract.
The role will primarily involve spray painting across the project. As carpets have already been installed in many areas, a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail is essential to ensure a clean, professional finish with no damage to completed areas.
The Role:
Carrying out spray painting works across a large industrial refurbishment
Preparing surfaces and masking off completed areas before painting
Producing a high-quality finish while maintaining a clean working environment
Taking extra care to protect existing carpets and completed finishes
Working alongside other trades to ensure programme deadlines are achieved
Following all site health & safety proceduresKey Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter, with strong spray painting experience
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish
Experience working on commercial or industrial refurbishment projects preferred
Own tools (sprayer provided) and PPE required
Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential
