Commercial Painters – Nottingham – Long Term Projects (CIS)
Location: Nottingham University Student Accommodation
Rate: £21.50 - £22.50 per hour (CIS) – dependent on experience
Duration: Long Term Contract
Hours: TBC
Own van & tools required

We are currently recruiting for experienced Commercial Painters to work on Nottingham University Student Accommodation sites. This is a long-term project offering consistent, full-time hours on a secure site.
Role Responsibilities:
* Interior and exterior commercial painting
* Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
* Working to site specifications
* Delivering high-quality finishes
* Following strict site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
* IPAF ticket desirable
* Minimum 3 years’ commercial painting experience
* Must be willing to undergo security clearance checks
* Own van
* Own tools and full PPE
