shift 6am-4pm
5 days out of 7, weekend work is necessary
- Lifting and carrying 20kg boxes
- Stacking 20kg boxes repeatedly throughout the shift
- Moving heavy boxes between areas of the warehouse
- Repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting
