Palliative Care Nurse Specialist, Community Health (Band 6)

Dorothy House Charity is seeking a Community Nurse Specialist to join the CPCT in East Somerset. The role focuses on expert palliative care, complex decision-making, and holistic symptom control within a supportive team. This fixed-term post runs 18.75 hours across three days with occasional weekend rota coverage.

The ideal candidate is a first-level nurse with Band 6 experience, strong palliative care knowledge, teaching skills, and robust communication. A full UK driving licence is required.
